I probably should ignore this but what the hell.
We can air it out here I guess.
This pos says I stole his $200 bumper after I GAVE HIM a $20,000 motor and transmission just because and I also told him I didn’t want the additional $24,000 that he owed me, I just wanted his truck out of my shop and gone instead of even spending 3 days finishing it and ask for payment
He says I damaged a $2-300 motor because the POS didn’t run when he brought it to me and he knows damn well it didn’t but I fixed the damn thing before he came to get the truck anyway I just didn’t wanna deal with threats and bullshit for the couple dollars, don’t need money that bad. He’s got a 95% finished truck, a basically new(4200 miles) $20,000 eco boost engine complete with harness and ecm and matching 10 speed transmission I even gave him all the little extras that I’d bought for his truck including a sound system, NEW front and rear bumper, seats, new complete vinyl top and frame everything but tires and wheels (not my responsibility from the beginning) needed to finish his truck.
His buddy that came with him to pick it up commented several times on how good the work was and how well it turned out before they left with it as well as literally hundreds of other people that have commented on how good it turned out.
My shops are recorded, I have pages of text messages and I don’t really give a damn about him or what he wants.

In total he has given me $30,000 and he’s extremely conservatively $30,000 to the good above and beyond that not counting any labor

I won’t go into all the bullshit and it’s the one time I’ll coment on it but it just got to a place that I’d rather part ways without the money than to work with him anymore and tried my best to make that favorable to him so it would just be behind us, but he’s a sad sack of shit that can’t let go I guess so here we are and if he wants anything else from me I’ll be at the shop on Tuesday and Thursday 8-5 or I’m at 610 co rd 9 Fayette Al 35555 just about any other time or wait a minute I won’t be long

All I know is that I have dealt with Hoggin in the past, on a business deal, and he and everything about that deal was straight up.

I'll vouch for him today, tomorrow, or any other time, based on my experience with the man.

I don’t know any facts and really don’t care. I do know the last 3 posts that I have personally seen from the OP is about suing someone for some reason or another. That’s all I really need to know.

Well it appears him making it right won't happen. I told myself I would not say anything at all until this gets settled. But y'all all need to know.

David, I have recorded conversations. I have texts, emails, and other messages. Not just with you. Business your dealt and deal with. I have alot! You have not been honest. Not even in some of what you are saying here. I won't get into the details yet because I feel like your excuses will change to fit the story somehow. I've noticed your story changes as needed. The truth would always be the same. I literally have proof in black and white that you lied about things.

My Bronco has been looked at by professional shops since you worked on it. They ALL disagree with you. So if you really feel it's 95% complete and a good job, well keep patting yourself on the back because others aren't. The estimates to repair it alone will show it's no where near 95% complete. Not to mention what all neeeds to be done to fix what you or your shop messed up.

Right now I'm left with a mess. You took things off my Bronco and have failed to return them. You took over 7 years and still couldn't finish a project. Then you got pissed because I called you out on one thing. I was very patient. But after everything, enough is enough.

I'm honestly glad. I don't want to see people get screwed. I'm not saying all his deals are bad. But he has left me with what one shop referred to as a "basket" due to the number of issues with it. It's going to cost a lot of money to not just finish the project as promised, but to fix his mistakes as well.

Mystery solved we can move on to Clorox stumps.
