Wife was still sleeping - she the gravey maker 😄 C'mon man....... A spoonful of bacon grease and a half cup of flour. Sift the flour into the bacon grease on low heat and whisk together. Add some milk a little at the time and whisk it until you get your desired thickness. Add a little salt and pepper to taste and drizzle it over that deer steak. Doesn't get any easier than that.
