There's probably some law in Leviticus that I am trampling on by eating shellfish and cheese together, but I did go to church today.

I served it with an iced high protein coffee. I scoop of Rivals Organic vanilla protein powder mixed with Fairlife skim milk and a half a cup of strong fresh brewed coffee mixed in the blender. No sugar, the protein powder is sweetened with stevia and monk fruit. It has about 40 grams of protein in that drink.

Some leftover shrimp from the shrimp tacos, bacon, bell pepper, onion and grape tomatoes with Swiss cheese and topped with a sprinkle of Cabot extra sharp...

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

Wow... Thanks guys for the nice comments, but it's just a damn omelette.

If I was classically trained I guess it would have been my grannies, my momma and her sisters, namely Aunt Kat. They were all good cooks.

Me and my cousins would get back from hunting rabbits and squirrels on the family farm. We would be cold and hungry. While my cousins were all sitting around the fireplace warming up, I would always go in the kitchen and see what all the wimmins were cooking up, hoping to get a bite to eat. They all loved Sara Jo's little toe headed boy.

Irish is classically trained in the sense of a youtube education. We have both gained tons of skill from watching chefs. Skill and not being afraid to get in the kitchen is where most folks just don't even try. I bought a Kan Japanese santoku knife and a couple of pairing knives from them a few years ago. They are surgical! I got the recommendation from Kenji Alt-Lopez. I cannot function without these knives. I actually brought the chef's knife down here to the beach the last time we were home because I was sick to death of hacking through my veg especially tomatoes! I can honestly say hardly ever does a day go by that something is not getting cut up in the kitchen.

I learned how to properly use a knife and cut on the cutting board when Irish and I started dating. My mother taught me to cut up potatoes and fields of food using her rusty pairing knife to her thumb. She was skilled in that way but once I moved to the cutting board and started chopping that way, I gained much better skill. All of that to say, no we're not classically trained. But what a compliment! We're motivated because we like to eat good food!

All your plates are very clean and presented well. Looks to be pretty precise.

Kinda like when I was sitting in the pit with tuffy stone, Kevin mentioned he’s a classically trained French chef that’s a marine and does bbq. Everything is prefect.

I cook rough and many lanes don’t look great but do taste good…….:: usually lol

Like boho mentioned a good knife makes all the difference

Sushi represents how thickness of the slice and how it’s sliced changes the flavors
I was watching bourdain sitting with the world’s greatest sushi chef and all of his seafood was frozen and thawed. He mentioned how simply using precise slices changes everything.
