100% Pwyse. I’ve said repeatedly that it all starts with enforcement. From actually catching violators, through prosecution and conviction, ending in fines and penalties that are not remotely high enough to deter bad behavior. That’s the real problem.


The game warden walks up on us and ruins our hunt once a year. Same land, same folks. Never cited, no suspicion of a law broken. Just a screwed up hunt.
