What if you saw a bunch of deer every time you went and killed a nice buck every year?? For $57,000 be serious Its $5,700 and there are plenty of guys from Florida who have $$$ looking for a place to hunt If you know them personally, send one my direction. I’ve got a $40/acre piece I can’t fill Yeah. Tell us where to advertise or pass on some numbers there CNC. I’ve got a 300 acre piece that I could sublease and based on these numbers, make enough to pay for my other 3 leases, lease some more, along with covering planting and all my fishing stuff for the year. Personally, I think this is just another one of your hair brain theories. There are people from all the surrounding states and a large number of in state residents that overpay for leases. Happens every year, but I dang sure havent seen a bunch of Florida guys waving cash and begging to overpay for someplace to hunt. If it really exists, I’d love take advantage of it.
