That guy runs an ad on AFOA for that place every year and every year the price is more ridiculous. I believe he runs one on there in the spring for leasing fishing rights to a pond. Is it Michael Dudley? I haven't looked at AFOA in a few years but back a year or two before he started posting land at $20.00 per acre, we were leasing some really good land in Russell Co. from John Dudley (actually through his agent, not directly from him) for about $8.00 per acre.
