The Shipyards are not the problem , finding good and qualified workers is the problem. I seen it the last 38 years when I worked for Huntington Ingalls. That’s everywhere boss. Sad, but any type of manufacturing/repair is in BIG trouble if this country don’t turn it around. There’s way too much coddling of these young people and boy oh boy, don’t they know how to play the system.
