Right now I've got six suppressors, three SBRs, and one SBS, all on tax stamps and all except two were under the $200 stamp rule. If they deregulate them that number is almost surely to double, but even if they don't I'll probably still end up with more eventually. Point being, the application process (although I don't think it should exist) never deterred me at all.
