Bo gave the commencement address when I graduated from AU.
Shaking his hand on the stage caught me off guard. I felt like a toddler holding a grizzly bear’s paw.
I cannot imagine trying to tackle that joker when he was in his prime.
Speaking of commencement, my claim to fame is I graduated with Joe Namath (I'm only 41, btw)........seriously, Joe "went back to school" to finish his degree and he graduated with me, Dec 2007. He walked with the rest of us.
