Funny thing is the meat wasn't flagged for being spoiled, bad, or contaminated--_It literally skipped the line at customs!  Correct, hence the reason for the question. Howd that happen if the border is secure? Seems like if they can get tons of beef past, wouldnt be that difficult to get a few people past! Or drugs!
