Looks like a good spot. Was clear cut. Road frontage. Powerline, but high bank on road makes it hard to look down powerline from road. Neg = neighbor to your east may have to cross your land to get to their land. Won't be any timber value on the property for a long time. That is all from just looking at sat map.
