My son is in the process of buying 14 acres in Maplesville. Should close in a few days. Has a 2bed 1 bath that needs finished and some repairs. He's wanting to convert to cabin style. Use for a weekend getaway and I'll be helping him do a lot of the work. The purpose is to get away from as much activity as possible, and as few people as possible. Uncomplicate life. Sounds amazing
