3 channels, and the TV played the National Anthem at midnight, then shut off. I forgot all about the sign on and sign off of the National Anthem! Anybody remember the old emergency broadcast system that was tested every morning also? Weird looking diagnostic figure that stayed on until the test was over. Those were the days! Anybody have a buddy who worked in a grocery store and had access to the condoms they kept off the shelves in the back room. Go in the back with your pal and he would sell you all you wanted! Not any of the Older workers would sell them to us teenagers back then. I could go on and on! I remember when the Cigarettes was not behind the counter in the Grocery store, and hitting a Cigarette machine at the hotel for some smokes lol
