I don’t understand why they don’t do like other countries do like Japan and put the panels in the medium along the highways. They also put them on top of parking garages. I always wondered why the State did not grow timber in the larger medians? And this too. It makes too much sense I guess. They have no problem planting cabbage palms and ornamental trees and plants. Why not pines. And those mentioning the possible damage from wrecks, just put the panels in the center and have the guardrails on the outside towards traffic.
