Sounds like a frog.
Interior lights can attract them.
The under cabinet lights in my kitchen draw them to the big picture windows on my back porch. I have a few small frogs that frequent my home/garage when lights are on once in awhile. Do they attract to light? Or the bugs that are attracted to light? they come for the bugs . you look around youll find wings off moths . frogs will break them off when the eat them .
