When i started, i thought you could feed one out like a cow. I kept adding corn and adding corn to my feed. They wouldnt gain. They were eating it just not gaining. Called the guy i bought them from and he said why you feeding all that corn, thats all you can afford? I said no, i want them fat. Long story short, that wont work. They gotta have soymeal, and they really need the vitiaman pack. If you feed them a good ration, you should have a 300# hog at 6 months. Hogs are funny, you cant just throw them out there and feed them scrapes, if you want quality meat. Im pretty sure i did a few youtube videos on it. If you want to discuss it depth shoot me a pm and I’ll call you. If i can help any way, let me know. And before anyone gets mad, there arw a bunch of ways to feed out a hog that will work.theyre just not very efficient What is your you tube
