Sounds like a frog.
Interior lights can attract them.
The under cabinet lights in my kitchen draw them to the big picture windows on my back porch.
I have a few small frogs that frequent my home/garage when lights are on once in awhile. Do they attract to light? Or the bugs that are attracted to light?
