Let me give you an example. I have a commercial freeze dryer. I take produce, onions tomatoes, watermelon, cantaloupe, ect. Cut it up and put in freeze dryer. Absolutely nothing added to it. It will keep for years. Several on here have tried it and said it was great! Almost everyone who has tried it said, you should be selling this. Went to local farmers market and asked if i could sell. No! You have to send it to Montgomery and have it tested, before your allowed to sell it. Im not doing all that just to sell some produce, its not cost effective and a complete time waste. But what you can do, is freeze dry candy and sell it without testing. Now let me ask you this, do YOU have the choice to buy, my freeze dried produce? No. Why? Government!

Backwards C’s freeze dried onions and tomatoes plus other veggies and candy are great. I’ve been eating the tomatoes and onions for past 2 years and haven’t gotten sick. Great way of preserving. Talk about government overreach.
