Wouldn’t this boil down to the choice to eat what you know is making people sick or not no matter where it comes from ?
I’ve gotten sick from eating good ol homegrown American foods so there that Yes you should have the choice without government interference. Problem is Mexico doesnt have the same regulation as we do here. So the usda requires americans to do things they dont make forigners do. Then they (usda whos in charge of inspecting it)lets the bad product it. Seems not so much like an American first agenda!
