I have an Agri-fab? Pull-behind to use with my ATV. I’ve used some UTV/ATV mount stuff, and they’re probably better on really rough ground or tight spaces…..but the pull models often hold more for the $ and don’t detract from your spare seed bag capacity by being weight ON the vehicle. Your call.

Pull behinds are prone to turn over, not easy to stop flow at the end of the row, etc
The Hooeyman has adjustable spinner speed so you can turn it down to limit spread width.
"Cull" is just another four letter word...

I got the Agri-fab spreader last year to plant my green fields (think it was the 130# model). Being lightweight, it tends to begin bouncing over rough ground the closer it gets to being empty. I just disked the patches, then came back later and spread the seed/fertilizer out. I think this year I'll disk everything up then run back over it to smooth it out a little before spreading the seed/fertilizer.

I use the Moose Off-road ATV spreader with the back hitch attachment. Works good for me.

Electric gate Moultrie. Only time you have to get off side by side is to refill feeder. Ours has been great.

Spend the extra money upfront and buy a 2x4 piece of plexiglass to make a shield so fertilizer doesn’t get all over your bike. Ones that a receiver hitch mount is better than a bracket mount on the basket in my opinion.

i use a turf-ex spreader on my ranger. it’s the electric gated model. it comes ready to slide in the receiver hitch but that’s useless bc the receiver is too low. so i built a bracket that slides in the receiver hitch and attaches to both sides of the bed (with the boat plugs) and have the receiver the spreader plugs into almost level with the bed of the ranger. it’s a buy/cry once type of spreader. have owned it 5 years with zero issues. it plants and fertilizes around 50 acres every year ![[Linked Image from i.postimg.cc]](https://i.postimg.cc/CzG9yk6F/IMG-2634.jpg)

Dang man, fifty acres would require 12 tons of seed and fertilizer the way I do things. I like using a 5 ton buggy, having it blended together and being done in half a day.
