I think the distrust has been earned on every front, which is why you see a bunch of push back on the middle aged folks now vs 20 years ago. We have seen all the lies. The internet has made it harder to hide stuff. While I don’t believe everything is a conspiracy I do believe we have been lied to and manipulated in the name of a dollar for a long long time. Vaccines are not the same as they were, doctors treat symptoms vs the cause of the problem. Government has stole from us. The American dream is almost unattainable due to the cost of living vs wages. At least as compare to 20-30 years ago.

My doctor was in full agreement with me about the entire Covid thing. I like them. They recently got on to me for not visiting. Apparently I don't frequent the office enough for the subscription I pay. So I had them schedule for for two weeks from now. I only bother them when I'm really sick or in bad enough pain I cannot function. Even then I do it remotely. Otherwise I leave them alone.
Wonder what happened to the doctor that was on here trying to debate Covid? Damned near everything we were saying was true. Truth wins out in the end.
Wonder how many of his patients died from his advice? I couldn't live with myself if I'd done that to people.
I don't trust Government at all. I said back then it was no worse than the flu. The difference was the medical community was killing people in the treatment. If you remove those who died because of the incorrect care given from the numbers, along with all the car accidents, murders and suicides who were listed as Covid because they tested positive, I'd be the real numbers are even lower.
It was a population control operation to gain power and thin the population of those who would likely have voted against those the operation wanted in office. Plain Jane Murder. And the medical community went along and are complicit. As are many others. I agree with much of what you say, but the part about it being no worse than the flu isn't 100% correct. Even with the flu, most of us have antibodies to help lessen the effects of it. Relatively few people had coronavirus antibodies when it spread - and most I knew were former service members who had been stationed in the far east.

I have worked in radiology for 30 years, the distrust is well warranted and earned with many folks working in the medical field in this day and age.
Lots of mistakes were made then doubled down on due to bad guidance and coercion from the government
Well, the way I see it is there's just too many assholes On a good day there's a bunch of assholes in here. On a bad day there's too many assholes in here.

I’m in the profession and I’ve lost most of my faith in it. and they got you by the balls if you dare say anything to the patient about safety and complications that they deem to be out of bounds. I hate that for ya'll. Nah, I tell it like it is.

But there is data showing outcomes with treatment are almost identical.

Fatty I agree with everything you said. There are always the outliers that anything can be worse on. That ol doc from Pensacola just dried up and blew away.

I’m in the profession and I’ve lost most of my faith in it. Same. It has nothing with helping people get better and all about making profits. Sadly I learned this late or I would have never gotten in the profession. That and most “doctors” have no assessment skills anymore.

I miss the days when a doctor would give you a shot, send you home, and you wake up two later completely cured & feeling great.
I hate making a good first impression. There’s no way I can keep that shit up.

Pcola not a doc or what
I guessed missed most of it back when He was aggressively pushing the Covid Vax back when it first came out. Nearly every old codger and half wit with any sense of history on this board was telling him that it was a damn deadly scam. But he kept pushing it along with a lot of Trust the Science media canned media narrative. There was some posts he made that to me looked like regurgitated script-text from a manual that really raised my red flags.
