I am 44. I started taking exercise seriously about 3 months ago and have been taking the peptides mentioned about 3 weeks. The bpc/tb I took last year. Interesting... What made you decide to try the peptides after only 9 weeks of working out? Were you not getting the results you wanted, or you felt you had such a long way to go you needed a boost to get there? Reason I ask is... I've been working out for years and years. I've got detailed workout spreadsheets with exercises, sets, reps, weights, notes, BF% and body weight that I've kept in Google Sheets that go back to 2020. And that's just the ones I have saved in Google. I've determined through some self evaluation that I workout, just because I enjoy the process of it all. Being a fit 66 year old guy is just a nice byproduct. I enjoy lifting, eating right, keeping detailed records, trying to lift a little more each time, even if it's just 2.5 pounds or one more rep than I did last week. Thankfully Boho has gotten into it just about as much as I am and we both got to the gym and lift together 3 mornings a week and she gets really excited when she can get an extra rep or add a little weight to her bench press. I think enjoying the process is the key to sticking with it. Especially when you get as old as I am. A gal at the gym was asking me a question just yesterday and I told her, "Building your body is like sculpting Michelangelo's David with a dental pick."
