I was just going through heading towards Ft. Walton. There is a section through there where you almost always see some kind of strange person. If you know the road its near the pawn shops, vape stores, and rough looking gas stations. I guess this morning was particularly energized with the weird. It didnt help that whatever exercise the police were doing had traffic all backed-up.
