What kind of drugs do they got in the water there?

I saw a dude in a pink skirt wearing a Burger King crown. A woman, I think it was a woman with glowing LED lights on her nipples in a thrift store parking lot, she had on high heels and some kind of bait fish net for the rest of the outfit.
There was also a black dude on an E-Bike with a giant brass hookah bong and a boom box doing donuts around a gas station parking lot.

All this time I was stuck in traffic cause there cops doing some kind of practice for a zombie invasion drill through the middle of town.

I was trying to drive straight on through but the town itself was doing its best to capture me and keep me there.
