I believe his extra large ego has always been fueled by successful 'deal making' and he honestly thought he could get bonafide/honorable agreements from the savages running the show in Iran. Unfortunately, he's not learning as they dole out lessons. The bombing should have never stopped. They use every second of down time to rearm/rebuild their war making equipment and weapons. I sincerely hope that his advisors have continuously told him that no deal will ever be made with those terrorists and that he, alone, is still holding out for something on paper. I've lost all confidence in him due to the posture that he's taken with Iran.

It would have business as usual in Iran and full speed ahead on developing the nuclear bomb they have ambitions for. It would be kind of like what happened when Bill Clinton was elected President twice (8 years) and Al-Queda’s ambition’s were basically ignored in pulling off a major terrorist attack on United States soil. The Democrat’s leadership in ignoring an impending threat led directly to 9/11/ 2001 terrorist attack as they did nothing to stop it even though there were sign’s of Al-Queda planning something big on their agenda. Iran is similar in that if Iran is continued to be ignored and The World just sit’s back with their heads in the sand and doe’s nothing and ignore’s these radicals in Iran then Iran will do something radical with a nuclear weapon. It simply cannot or must not be allowed. Thor’s Hammer must come down upon Iran and this is where Trump is pissing people off in not unleashing the full wrath of Our military might upon Iran and getting the job done and over with.

I agree with everything you posted. But Trump told us that Irans capabilities of building a nuclear weapon was decimated last Summer with the overnight bombing. He said that it would take them years to build it back. So what changed between then and 7 weeks ago.

I agree with the OP. Trump needs to commit to either a full on Iranian economy killing blockade or a bombing until they unconditionally surrender, or both. No letting up every time they shed a tear.
