Prime example of why Alabama game laws are a joke. 15 fresh racks in his truck. Who knows how many at his residence. Hunting at night. Hunting without a license, over the limit, not game checking, hunting out of season, killing 15 plus bucks, trespassing, hunting without permission, and he was fined a grand total of $5000 for the game violations. A pure joke. And there’s no way that the cost of the investigation was covered by the fines. Guaranteed. Might’ve paid for the gas used in the GWs truck and might’ve paid a very small portion of his salary during the time he was investigating him. Like I’ve said. A complete joke and nothing in the way of a deterrent.
