Buddy has a big lease just east of Troy that has great numbers and good quality but I'm not sure about north toward Sandfield. Like most everywhere in AL, I'm sure it is highly dependent on your neighbors and what's around you. Good deer around Troy and most areas in south Bullock. That's what I thought as well and your experience mirrors mine. We're looking at some land up that way and it is bordered by timber company land on the west and north sides.
