The number to determine possible intervention can vary depending on your physical size; my wife is petite so hers would be different from yours. She is doing well, so far; but her BP has to be managed a lot. Her Dr. wanted to keep it under 130/80 because high BP puts cumulative stress on the aneurism over time. She is vary active and works out 2-3 times a week. Though he did not want her to lift to heavy. She is 75.
We both use UAB; they are excellent. I would HIGHLY recommend their cardio practice. Don't know much about Simon Williamson; I assume they use Princeton??

Thank you for that info. They are at Princeton. I've been using Dr. Kirby for years, as he is a close friend. He is there too. He said no restrictions other than I can't lift anything over 100lbs.

I guess I will have to get help dragging deer out of the woods from now on. frown

Here's to champagne for my real friends and real pain for my sham friends.
