My wife has that same condition; it was diagnosed about 5 years ago. They monitor it with an annual electrocardiogram and CT scan.
The number to determine possible intervention can vary depending on your physical size; my wife is petite so hers would be different from yours. She is doing well, so far; but her BP has to be managed a lot. Her Dr. wanted to keep it under 130/80 because high BP puts cumulative stress on the aneurism over time. She is vary active and works out 2-3 times a week. Though he did not want her to lift to heavy. She is 75.
We both use UAB; they are excellent. I would HIGHLY recommend their cardio practice. Don't know much about Simon Williamson; I assume they use Princeton??
