You don’t have a dilation you have a significant aortic aneurysm that is almost to the surgical threshold in size, which is generally 5cm
I would be more concerned about that than your calcium score, which is also concerning but takes a back seat to the aneurysm which could rupture and you bleed out internally
The cardiologist said that if it reaches 5.5 cm, I'll need surgery. I have some plaque buildup in my arteries but like I said, my stress test went very well.
