Have you used it at 200 plus yards? Can you aim with it like a plex reticle? I guess what im asking is can you aim accurately with it, at say a 4’’ circle with that post style reticle. If that makes sense. Thanks

I have two of them. It’s my favorite reticle I've ever used. SO easy and intuitive when aiming on an animal. Sighting in at 100 yards is no different. It really depends on what your eyes like, but I think its perfect for normal shooting distances.

No problem. Just put top of triangle where you want the bullet to hit. Got one on a 223 with the triangle and one with the tiny dot on a 6.5 grendel.
Two roads diverged in the woods and I took the one with deep ruts,hills and mud.It may be bumpy but WHAT A RIDE!

I’ve shot stuff to past 250 with the green triangle. I love the reticle for a lot of hunting, but I also have several German #1 reticle scopes that I’m fine with.

^^^ That and kicking up a sounder of hogs seem to be what that reticle was designed for. I’ve shot stuff running from 5ft to over 100yards with that reticle, and stuff standing much further. If it’s not as fast as an RDS, it’s close. It’s far more versatile than an RDS. I think they’re possibly more instinctive for those raised on irons, and many that are critical of them just don’t have any idea of where/how they’re used to best effect. They definitely aren’t for all types of hunting or the best for bean fields, box blinds, or open western range hunts…..but for fast AND precise, they’re hard to beat up close.

Fast and precise is the wheel house I’m looking for. It’ll be going on a BAR .30-06, I want something for moving targets but also standing still at 250 yards if need be. But mainly moving targets inside 150 yards.

Zeroing at 100 yards on the top of the triangle. Where are you sighting/aiming at a 200 yard or longer shot with a .30-06?

Triangle is 2MOA tall at highest power so not much difference in hold on a deer shoulder.
100yd =tip
200yd =middle
300yd =bottom

Which power / obj size did you get and what reticle color? Post I assume. 3x9x40 with green post. I didn’t see much difference in the FOV on the 40 versus the 50 for what it was. And the 40 was half the eight almost.
