New Hunting Lease Liability insurance program is now available with master policy starting 8/01/2026-7/31/2027. Coverage is through Philadelphia Insurance Company an A++ AM Best financial rated company. Available in 50 states. Hunting clubs and leased land only. No membership requirement and you can still quote and bind online in 15-20 minutes. Just enter information for instant quote. This policy is not intended for commercial hunting or paid (guided) hunting. I have other Commercial programs.

$294.05 up to 2250 acres minimum and .10 per acre over 2250 acres. For example, If you lease 1000 acres in AL, 250 in AR and 1000 in IL up to 2250 acres is $294.05.
$1,000,000 occurrence $2,000,000 aggregate coverage
NO DEDUCTIBLE.
Fire damage liability $100,000 Medical Expenses $5,000
Liability from ATVs and Tree stands for hunting.

This Policy is Fully Earned. Upon Receipt of Payment, Premium is Non-Refundable. This is a Master Policy. The Master Policy has an effective date of Aug 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027. Applications dated after July 31, 2026 will be effective upon payment received.

If you have your lessor information you can fill out information online and get a quote and pay for it in 15 minutes or so with proof of coverage emailed to you. In some cases I may be cheaper than my competitors. But most important of all buying through me you are helping an Aldeer sponsor out. A couple of reminders. 1. Remember this policy covers up to 2250 acres. If you exceed that it’s just .10 per acre. If you do add additional land after initially buying the policy please contact me as I will need to request a policy endorsement. I will need the county, state and # of acres where the hunting land is located. I will also need the landowners name and mailing address. 2. If your landlord wants a certificate of insurance, please email me with the name of your club and the name and address of the landlord for the certificate of insurance.
