The wife unit strolled thru at publix last week and done the same thing, only she bought one tub with jalepeno's for her and me a regular tub...Had a smoked bologna, egg, and pimento cheese sandwich that was the bomb...  Never added the egg (sounds like a game changer - I WILL give that a shot), but there might not be another sandwich than smoked bologna (or fried) and pimento cheese sandwich. My wife has given up on asking me what type of sandwich meat - it is ALWAYS bologna. My Mom used to buy a tube of bologna and we'd cold smoke it - that was always the best, my wife would gag while the rest of us ate it as if it was prime rib.
