We have a widow lady that lives near us in a trailer that was converted into a house. She called one night and said she was hearing something in the wall somewhere around the bathroom.. There is an acess door they put in at the back of the house where the bathroom is. Always up for an adventure I took my flashlight and Blue Streak pellet gun. I shined the light under the trailer and couldnt see anything. Then I looked up and saw 2 eyes in behind the pipes that went to the tub. After getting over the shock of being face to face with a possum I hit it between the eyes with a pellet. She curled up in there and I figured I woul let it die while I figured out how the hell I would get it out. I got a pair of long nose vicegrips out of the truck and reached up to grab it and it moved up higher in the wall. I shot it 2 more times then locked on it and pulled it out. Then I looked up and saw a smaller set of eyes. Shot it, pulled it and there was another. Shot it pulled it and the coast was clear. I laid all 3 out in the yard and called her and my wife to come see my kill. The crawlspace looked like something from a horror movie. Blood everywhere. I put a trap out in case there were more but didnt catch any more.

Don't you know you have to stick your finger up a possum's ass to confirm they are really dead?

I did. He was dead.

Still needed the channel locks. He was wedged in there good.
The finger or the opossum? 😂

I had a spear too. You don't mess with a cornered coon without a spear. Also, the judge woulda blowed holes in the tub. Spear was the perfect weapon.

By GAWD got a "spear" and even had some channel locks in the pic 🤣 Funny story here (talked about it years ago lol)

Channel Lok's are a vital part of coon / possum extractions. You don't wanna be found without em. I do like the fellas get up with the homemade spear and bag system on the end. Brilliant engineering.

Possums got a forked pecker. Coon peckers are for toothpicks.

You used the channel locks to make him spill the beans on the Possum Gang , then when you got the goods , you offed him Mafia style.
