Anybody dumb enough to film a grizzly bear encounter rather than getting their dog under control.....Zero sympathy.

The article said their video went viral. I don't know how much they were paid for posting it, but I'm guessing that the crazy high fine was to insure that they didn't profit from their own stupidity. I could be wrong though. I almost was one time, but it was a mistake.
