The best I've ever had is made by an old baseball teammate's wife. She puts just enough jalapeno in it to give it some flavor but it isn't hot, at least not to me. She calls it Kim's Kickin Pimento Cheese. If in the Selma area and have a hankering she stocks it in Dave's Market and Mark's Mart. I don't know if the Mark's in Northport has it or not. At one time I know the Renfro's in Montgomery carried it. Anyways, it's the real deal made in her kitchen. I've been known to make a meal out of it and Ritz Crackers. Not a fan at all
