Req Tec Bullseye Deluxe pellet grill/smoker. Weber Kettle 26in with a spyder temp controller.
I like both. Anything but propane IMO.

Over here, we have a big offset smoker, a Phoenix gas grill, and an All Seasons charcoal grill. We either use lump, seasoned hardwood, or pure post oak briquettes (wood char and starch only) that I buy from Franklin's Barbecue in Texas.

Weber gas grill for quick after work cooking. Two Big Green Eggs, natural charcoal, for weekend cooking and smoking. Blackstone for breakfast, smash burgers, fajitas, etc…

I'm a Charcoal guy. Always have been. I do have a small gas grill on my porch at hunting camp. Only because it's quicker in the evenings after a hunt.
What's y'all's favorite? I only use charcoal at the camp because I have that kind of time up there. I keep a Weber charcoal and Weber 3 burner gas on the back patio at home and cook on gas 10:1 or better. I can have a meal cooked and resting in the time it takes coals to get to temp using gas. And I grill 3-4 nights a week.

Kamado Joe with lump charcoal. May be one of the best purchases I have ever made. We use it year round and love it.

My back porch currently has a pellet grill, a small weber kettle, a 4-burner gas grill I got free from a neighbor, and a 36" griddle.
(I may have a hoarding problem) I'm getting there. I've got the griddle, a pellet smoker/grill and a PK grill for charcoal. I usually use the griddle for most stuff but every now and then want to grill so I use the PK, which I can also smoke on if I want to smoke. I've never tried the pellet smoker. That is my son's way to smoke and thankfully for us, he really enjoys it and is getting pretty good.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

(I may have a hoarding problem) I have pretty much the same thing but add a Akron egg type! I miss my Akorn...it was great for several years before it finally rusted out from me not being diligent about covering it. My Akorn was my first Kamado grill and it rusted out from the inside.

This is my current set-up at the cabin. Building this outdoor kitchen was a fun project. The two burners are great for cooking things like collard greens so they don't smell up the cabin. ![[Linked Image from live.staticflickr.com]](https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/55425709219_055cfc0ccd_4k.jpg)

Both gas and charcoal have their purposes. I prefer charcoal for flavor but not practical in S FL in summer where it rains almost every day. I basically use gas grill under covered patio most because it’s quick for burgers, steak, chicken breasts, hot dogs or sausage. I’ll run charcoal more at camp where I’m not in a rush and pressed for time.

Mw2015 - lov gas - but be careful
I had my gas away from the brick wall on patio and ceiling was high. I left some bacon wrapped filets one time - gone short while - come back to check - flames everywhere Hard to put out - brick and sofit were burning - grease fire from bacon - few More minutes gone - would have been real bad
Got my charcoal outside now
