I hate the composite stocks. Seems like nobody wants to build a good rifle anymore. I’ve replaced a couple with Boyd’s custom laminated stock. They offer several different options and so far I like em. I concur- if it aint got a purty wood stock Its doubtful Im interested in it. I have bought a few guns and switched out to Boyds also.
