I'm a Charcoal guy. Always have been. I do have a small gas grill on my porch at hunting camp. Only because it's quicker in the evenings after a hunt.
What's y'all's favorite? I use a Pit Boss with propane on one side, and pellets on the other for smoking. Propane is just easier and quicker. But I recently got a Blackstone 36" griddle to use as well. I can fry stuff up and not have to listen to the wifey complain about a mess in the kitchen. BUT, I'm finding it's a bit of a PITA to haul all ingredients outside.
