We just dont like losing 🤣🤣
I see your point - if we lived in same area - we likely would do same thing - rough schools in area. I never thought of that!
Clarke prep in grove hill has taken several good white athletes from us in spurts over last several years also - but they still suck in team sports overall.
I apologize for getting worked up about it Tdog. This is a topic I’m very passionate about obviously. I appreciate you voicing your point of view and even though we disagree on this thing that’s ok. You still a cool dude and I would help you in anyway possible.
“Someone took them” is one way to look at student transfers. “We lost them” is a better way to look at it in my opinion. And believe me the school I coached at lost plenty of them. To other private schools and public schools.
And it’s good you don’t like losing. Show me a good loser and I’ll show you a loser lol.
There has been quite a few meetings among private schools (AHSAA and AISA members) about uniting and starting a new association apart from the AHSAA. If this happens, I think that we will see the AHSAA become a very crappy association eventually. Especially if the new association allows public schools to join. Remember that the AHSAA is not a state ran association. It’s a private entity. Public schools don’t have to belong to it. Good programs want to play against good competition.
