Yup Claude Strother if I remember correctly was the last private landowner and he sold it to APCO around 2008 - 2010ish or so. I could be a few years off on those dates.
Its incredible property, dang lot of sites all over it. Whatever APCO ends up doing with it those sites will have to be mitigated or worked around. Claude died just recently. He was on the Mossy Oak Gamekeeper podcast back in January telling the bobcat story. Seemed like an interesting guy with an exceptional property
