I most definitely AM whatever the equivalent word is for hating Louisiana people at the beach. Ho-Lee-Chit there isn’t a more obnoxious group of people on vacation with the only possible exception being Asian tourists at National Parks.
All the Louisiana folks I’ve ever met not on vacation were perfectly decent folks, but it’s like the second their feet hit sand, they all turn stupid. Hallelujah, holeeshit…where’s the Tylenol.

They party hard. We used to meet up with a bunch in Panama City in the 80s. They a bit rough lol The roughest ones I was around was at a cheer camp for jr high schoolers in Oxford MS. They smoked and cursed like sailers with their coaches present 8th-9th graders.

I have a bunch of Coon Ass cousins and there ain't but one of them, Stevie, who's any count but he's sure a good one. Now Stevie will throw down, but he's a good person.

All the Louisiana folks I’ve ever met not on vacation were perfectly decent folks, but it’s like the second their feet hit sand, they all turn stupid. Hallelujah, holeeshit…where’s the Tylenol. But the Asian people may be plentiful and obnoxious by just being a crowd, but they are not loud. LA people on vacation on the other hand are loud, very loud, and obnoxious. The thing about them though is they will invite you to join in and be as obnoxious as they are. Actually, that's poorly worded, it would be more truthful to say, they expect you to join them and be as loud as they are. All in great fun for everyone.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

Asian tourists are most definitely loud….and incredibly rude. We’ve dealt with them in Yellowstone and Joshua Tree, among other places, and they were awful. Unbelievably rude and arrogant.

Lemme guess: Everything they wear, tote, ride in, drink out of, etc... is labeled LSU. As if they need to label.

Still not as obnoxious as Bama fans though. 🤷♂️
I hate making a good first impression. There’s no way I can keep that shit up.

I remember when the beaches and mountains were nice. Always crowded but nowhere near as dark as they are now and rarely saw tags north of the Mason Dixon line and there’s ever a dark group around they are the loudest and most obnoxious. Constantly turning up the volume like animals.

Constantly turning up the volume like animals. The week after Christmas (this past Christmas) was absolutely the most horrible experience I ever had in Gatlinburg. Not only was the most crowded I’ve seen that place in 40 years, but the demographics made it intolerable.

Let’s get something straight. If someone from Louisiana is at the beach, they ain’t normal coonasses anyway. They may be in the parking lot somewhere cooking some kind of giant meal and listening to good music, but no full blooded Coonass will be out on the beach. At least any I know. They must be from the east side the Mississippi River and north of I 10.

Made it worse when our good friend moved there and bought a big boat. Shell Island was happening He kept getting divorced for some reason lol We camped in the boat on the backside of the island. Al the guys were up after daybreak and all of sudden the most gorgeous blonde walked over the top and on to the beach. She had the blackest ripped dude in tow. Figured he was some pro athlete. First time we’d seen that and now it’s commonplace. As far as Cajuns there seems to be a big deal between Cajun and creole and all other sorts of divisions I can’t understand. Anyways most of the ones I’ve been around partied hard

Anyways most of the ones I’ve been around partied hard There’s different cultures between Cajuns, Creoles, and the Sabines of the southern part of Louisiana. Just like the pine runners from central Louisiana and the Rednecks from north Louisiana. Most of all of them will bend over backwards to help anyone in need but also wouldn’t piss on you if you were on fire if you crossed them in some way.
