Katrina was the worst thing ever happened to Louisiana. Not because the hurricane damage but because it displaced thousands of worthless ghetto rats from New Orleans. When the zoo cages were destroyed the vermin spread all across mostly south Louisiana and into Mississippi also. Basically the world’s most undesirable animals, previously housed in New Orleans, the world’s most undesirable city, were released from captivity and immediately started spreading like a plague.
I hate making a good first impression. There’s no way I can keep that shit up.

Dude I used to lease from leased some property to some coonasses and they proceeded to mud bog all the roads and tore the place all up and shot the hell out of the place. He said never again he learned his lesson.

I haven’t personally known of any Fla camps in Miss’ippi, so you may be right….and most of the LA lessers WERE from central and northern LA, so I suppose not technically coonasses!

You can get idiots from any state. We’ve leased to some from here in Bama that shot a small spotted fawn and threw the carcass over the fence on neighbors property behind the camp. The one that followed was even worse but I won’t go into details here. For that reason I am probably through posting land available online. Prefer to get referrals from current lessees.
