Why GM left the the full time 8 cyl 5.7 is beyond me.
I know..... driven by EPA requirements, but none of them get over 15-16 mpg avg. in 1/2 ton trucks or SUV.
Now they all want to go smaller V6 or V4 and put turbo on it.... or better put two on it.
