Not sure, Biden sold off half the supply but it wasn’t reported initially from what’s being reported now. I don’t know just been seeing these articles all over social media. It’s been mentioned before on here and always been attributed to trump. Biden did sell off and it was reported but it was also reported they refilled. Folks were bitching on here because it was at a higher price.
These new reports are saying facilities were damaged purposefully.
