Curiosity..if an officer gets a warrant to search a flock camera's data, does he have to show said warrant first to the person he is going to search data for? I wouldn't think so. When I got a warrant for info from a cell phone company, the owner of the phone didn't know it. I imagine the same principles apply with Flock cameras. I may be wrong but i see that as apples and oranges. You agree to a contract with a wireless provider, and in it, it probably gives permission to the provider to provide said info. But the flock cams are different in my mind. I know, you have no expectation of privacy in public, but its just different in my mind.
