That looks excellent. Can you post the recipe, I'd like to try that. I rarely measure anything unless I'm baking, because baking is a science project. I just cut the chicken up into chunks and then into a bowl I put about... 2 tbsp Full fat Greek yogurt 2 tbsp Bloody mary mix (or 1 tbsp tomato paste) juice of 1/2 a lemon 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp (smoked) paprika Those numbers are guesses. Look at the first picture and the consistency should be about like a chocolate shake. Mix all that and let the chicken marinade in it for up to 24 hours. I just put a plate over the bowl and let it sit in the fridge for a couple of hours while we had cocktails. Skewer on water soaked sticks and grill on high turning regularly to cook evenly.
