The easy way to solve this problem is to simply not drive a vehicle on a public road. Bottom line is they have the potential to be used for good and bad just like everything else and no one has any expectation of privacy driving on a public roadway. What about the civil liberties part? You don’t have an expectation of privacy driving on a public road. I agree mostly but I am asking you about the civil liberties part of my statement. There is a major difference between a bystander seeing your car and the government building a massive surveillance system to track your every move
