Yep. The M&P 40 was one of the first that was designed for the round from the ground up. It has great ergonomics, capacity and nice ballistics in a soft shooting package. The Glock 40s were the absolute worst and gave the round a bad rap among the soy boys.

I have been thinking about a .40 caliber as well as I have a keltec sub2000 .40 that I keep as my truck gun sometimes. I was looking at the Glock 23 since the mags are interchangeable and have heard that the Gen 5 version fixed some of the issues you mentioned. How is the muzzle flip with the M&P 40?
