I’m having issues with my paper version of my license. Plus at the rate of price increase in the license I want to speak to that person working taking my info down. At least seeing a little return for my money. On a serious note do they contract the calls out? Because last season a lady answered and I could hear her kids in the background.

I logged in last night to check some specific hunting regulations on a wma. They've deleted last years regs & have a note saying that it's summer & I should be fishing, or some stupid crap.

pre-update, the "license storefront" was in the main part of the app...now it seems like when you click "Purchase License" it takes you to a separate site/page (which is why you have to re-login in). The problem, in my case, is that those 2 systems don't seem to be syncing up with one another.

It basically just added about 2-3 extra steps into the process so even if it were working correctly, which it's not, the best case scenario is that it would be more cumbersome

I have signed in several times to the new app and every time I open it I have to sign in again.
Has any one found out the real problem and how to fix it? Before the update when I opened it, I was signed in.

Yep, just tried it again after updating yesterday. I now have to sign in every time. That's annoying!

Of course, nobody can publicly provide feedback about this dumpster fire directly to them on Social Media, because they have blocked the general public from commenting on their social media posts......despite court rulings deeming it unconstitutional for "official social media pages" of Government departments/agencies to block comments from the general public.

Outdoor Alabama's FB page posted some stupid meme earlier today....there were no comments on it, so I just left the following comment...maybe they won't delete it and block the public like AWFF does on their page...

"Maybe instead of posting dumb memes on Facebook, you guys should work on fixing the app - specifically the license storefront - that is a complete dumpster fire since the "upgrade" last week....

requires re-signing in every time you open the app
requires signing into the app, then signing in *again* in the storefront
often cannot seem to "find" user until 3rd or 4th try
recently purchased permits/trip licenses/etc not "syncing" and showing in "My Licenses"

It's like it was built by a high school student as part of a class project he/she was only sorta interested in..."

I got a text today to do a Hunter Survey. They had a box at the end to comment. I told them bait licenses for youths was ridiculous. I looked at my app to see my harvests and didn't have to login again from a few days ago.

They got it fixed. Somehow, after i bought my hunting license last fall, my address got changed to the addy in orange beach. I haven't moved there yet and haven't made any changes to that address. I guess them damn flock cameras told them i lived there now. smile But, he got it fixed and i can now log in.
